Terms of Use for “Saunaagenda”

2. Scope
These Terms of Use govern the use of the “Saunaagenda” platform by registered businesses.
The platform is intended exclusively for commercial providers with regard to registration and the publication of content.
Private individuals are expressly permitted to use the platform for informational purposes, particularly to search for businesses and events.
3. Purpose of the Platform
The sauna schedule is intended for:
- Listing of Sauna Facilities (Sauna Finder)
- Publication of events
4. Registration
- You must register to use the event feature
- Registration is reserved exclusively for businesses
- Activation is handled by the SSB
- There is no entitlement to activation
5. Sauna Finder
The Sauna Finder is:
- free forever
- available to all businesses
6. Event Function
6.1 Introduction Phase
Use of the service is free for non-members until August 31, 2026.
6.2 Starting in September 2026
- Members: Free
- Non-members: subject to a fee (billed annually)
6.3 Scope of Services
No guarantee of reach or placement.
7. Content and Responsibility
Users are responsible for:
- Accuracy
- Timeliness
- Legality
In particular, content that violates applicable law or infringes on the rights of third parties is prohibited.
8. Images and media content
Users may only upload content for which they hold the necessary rights.
By uploading content, users grant the Swiss Sauna Association non-exclusive right of use that is unlimited in time and scope, specifically for:
- Display on the platform
- Promotion of Events
- Communications and Marketing at the SSB
Users warrant that no third-party rights are infringed.
Users shall indemnify the Swiss Sauna Association all claims by third parties.
9. Right to Inspect and Delete
The SSB can handle content:
- check
- edit
- decline
- remove at any time
10. Liability
The SSB assumes no liability for:
- Details of the businesses
- Organizing events
- Damage resulting from use
11. Availability
No guarantee of continuous availability or freedom from errors.
12. Suspension
Accounts may be suspended or deleted in the event of violations.
13. Changes
The SSB may amend these terms and conditions at any time.
14. Law
Swiss law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is Olten.
